Disadvantages: Slightly heavy on stairs

I have henrys sister 'hetty' and i love her! ive been through plenty of vacuum cleaners in the past but after a few months they seem to lose their will to live. Hetty is wonderful she picks everything up, doesnt blow bits around. she has a very long lead which is handy when vacuuming through the house not having to unplug and plug in another room, she also has two settings low setting is great but high is even better for stubborn pet hair! Hetty is very low maintenance very easy to change the bag. It takes me half the time to vacuum than it did with my others. She is quite expensive but well worth it, the one very slight downfall is that she is quite heavy when doing the stairs, all the smaller heads come with her but ive not had to use them yet. The biggest downfall is that because she's pink my partner uses that as an excuse not to use her!
