Advantages: ease of use, practiality, cleaning abilities, and durability

Disadvantages: some times get stuck against door frames and tips over

I bought my henry second hand nearly six years ago, and the lady i bought him from had, also had him for quite some time yet he is showing no signs of old age!
He is very much a long lasting, hard wearing little hoover, i have never had to replace a single part of him not even the pipes.
lets start from the bottom and work our way up.
Henry has four wheels, 2 large ones near the back and two small ones near the front. Henry is very easy to pull around, but if you pull him too hard or too quickly he sometimes tips over or will get stuck against the door frame, which can get quite frustrating.
we then have henrys lovely little face, and his "nose" is the end of the hoover pipe and the start of henry.
The hoover pipe itself is very long and combined with the metal pipe and plastic head (which has two settings-bristle in or bristles out depending on the job in hand) gives you great scope for cleaning just about anywhere, under beds and sofas are not an issue, you just lower the pipe to the floor and under you go, failing that you can easily disconnect the black pipe from the metal one and go under with the nozzle, this is great for stairs and skirting boards and edges.
on henrys hat as i call it, you have a red on/off switch, the plug (the wire is wound in or pulled out from the side of henrys hat),a heavy duty handle ideal for carrying henry around, two clips on either side that you simply pull out to take the top off (and push in to secure the top once more) and a little pin on top of his head for winding the wire back in.
The wire its self is incredibly long and is perfect if you are cleaning a larger house, or want to take henry outside to clean your car, you will never have to keep un plugging him and putting him into different sockets.
Henry cleans very well and doesnt make too much noise. He has excellent suction and i find him to be an excellent family hoover and he even cleans dogs hairs really well.
You will notice straight away when the bag needs changing as he will start to get lazy and not pick up properly and i think he sounds a little louder aswell.
the bag is ever so easy to change, you simply take the top off, take the filter off (located just under neath the top) and take the bag out, and to fit another bag you just slide it back onto the other side of his nose, the bags last for quite a while but occasionally he does start to smell (should you have hoovered something not so nice up) after a little while.
so to sum up, if my henry ever went wrong i would definately go and buy a new one regardless of price as he is definately worth his money.

Summary: an excellent purchase, well worth its money. i love my henry!

Welcome to Dooyoo. For the benefit of future buyers it woudl be good here to add in a lot more detail such as:

Noise level
Changing a bag
Filtration - does Henry begin to smell a bit after use?
Use of smaller cleaning tools
Easy to clean stairs or get under low furniture? Does Henry fall over if pulled roughly or bounce off doors easily?
