Advantages: Super powerful and easy to use.
Disadvantages: A little bit hard to store
I was bought Red Henry as a house warming present by my auntie who has had one for years and thinks they are the best vacuum cleaners ever. She bought it from John Lewis for £109.
When I first saw him I did think he was a bit on the big and cumbersome side I have always used an upright which tend to be slender. He is a bit more difficult to store as he has a quite wide circumference and also the hose and extensions are long and solid.
He came with a few different attachments one slanted narrow one for getting in and out of tricky corners, a small brush head for curtains and fabric and a large general use head which is very good as it has a little switch on the top so you can change it from hoovering carpets to hoovering hard floors such as tiles and wood.
The powerful motor is excellent it picked up everything in sight. My carpets had never looked so clean.
Changing the hoover bag is very easy, you unclip Henry's hat and take it off there is then a fabric filter which can be removed. Then there is the space for the bag, you simply push the bag onto the spiked end of the hose ( be careful not to tear the bag on the spike). The capacity of the bags is enormous. My bags last for about three months with general domestic use three times a week.
Henry is a little bit heavy and it is sometimes difficult to maneuver him around the house as he tends to get 'stuck' on corners and doorways, but his cleaning power makes up for his faults.
I have had him over a year now and he is still as powerful and useful as the day he arrived.
Summary: Henry is an excellent vacuum cleaner and I would reccomend him to anyone.
