Advantages: good suction, large bag capacity and easy to use

Disadvantages: Dont suck up wet area's as causes the engine to blow

My Hetty vacuum is the best vacuum i've ever had (and i've owned alot of vacuums over the years). She is Henry's sister and comes in a lovely pink colour, it has a powerful 1200w engine. I brought it about 1 and half years ago and its still like new. The suction is still good and you dont have to change the bags as often as its got a large capacity. Its easy to move around the home and light enough to do the stairs, as its got a large power lead witch is also reeled in to the body of the vacuum when packed away. The suction is good on all floor types and has a high suction button for carpets. When I brought it I paid £99.97 and got extra bags and also a pink cotton shopping bag. It also came with a number of tools for curtains and hard to reach area's. All in all i'm very sattisfied with my Henrietta vacuum and would reccomend them to anyone, especially large families with children as mine as withstood over the last year and half. A good buy!!
