Henry has been part of our family for many I years. When I got married, 27 years ago, Henry was one of our first additions. He had been a part of my mothers life for so long that it was a natural progression that he should become part of mine. I have had a golden labrador and now have two black labradors all of which shed hair at a frightening rate. Henry was and is able to deal with this along with all the other garden debris that the family bring into the house and onto the carpets. A huge bonus is that my daughters always have been fond of Henry and so they are not quite so reluctant to use him as they might be another vacuum cleaner. Henry has kept going for the duration of our married life to date with, I confess, more use when we had a cleaner than now when I have to do my own cleaning. He is not deterred by the quantity of dirt that can accumulate due to my laziness and cleans as well now as he did when he was bright shiny new! I love him and would never have another.

Summary: Cannot fault it. Does everything we want
