The Henry HVR 200-22 230V/1200W Henry is an extended part of the family as he is very reliable, light weight and small to store under the stairs. He has a long length electrical cable meaning that I can leave Henry plugged downstairs and hoover the whole house. Henry has a long, strong hose with extended length attachments. Henry comes with a ... Read the complete review

Henry has been part of our family for many I years. When I got married, 27 years ago, Henry was one of our first additions. He had been a part of my mothers life for so long that it was a natural progression that he should become part of mine. I have had a golden labrador and now have two black labradors all of which shed hair at a frightening ... Read the complete review

I bought a Henry after reading good reviews about the quality of the product. I was looking for a hoover to use outdoors for a garage and was drawn to the Henry because of its robustness. The hoover is well put together and feels very strong. This meant that i was afraid to bash it around a little. This hoover has two power settings, ... Read the complete review

Fantastic cleaning power. I have a Labrador & 3 cats and this is the best hoover i've had yet! There are 2 power settings for the suction which is great! The extra long cable is a must have too, great idea as I can hoover the whole of the downstairs in one go! It can be a little tough on carpet but would 100% recommend for wooden flooring! Great price too and of course cute to look at!!!

I have had my little friend for just over a year now,as I'm no spring chicken I have had my share of vacuum cleaners over the years, but nothing to touch this one. The first time I saw one of these little fella's it was being used by workmen for sucking up screws and bits of concrete,so I presumed it was some sort of heavy duty machine as it ... I really didn't want to buy a Henry, having only ever seen them used in a commercial setting, but in the end I realised that price and efficiency had to come first. I opted for the less common yellow version of the popular vaccuum which came with 5 free bags and a pretty cool inflatable ball with Henry's face on!! All this cost me ... Read the complete review

It should be noted that I really didn't want a Henry. I didn't like them. I think this was due to memories from my first job, where we had a Henry and I hated it. I wanted a Dyson, but they were three times the price, my husband didn't want one and during my vacuum replacement research it turned out that his sisters Henry was 20 years old and ... My Hetty vacuum is the best vacuum i've ever had (and i've owned alot of vacuums over the years). She is Henry's sister and comes in a lovely pink colour, it has a powerful 1200w engine. I brought it about 1 and half years ago and its still like new. The suction is still good and you dont have to change the bags as often as its got a large ... Read the complete review

This is the best hoover i have ever tried, the price is reasonable, the design is quite funky, the hoover is easy to manouvere and not as heavy as others i have tried, it comes with a good selection of different nozzles and a bag to store them in. The power in the suction is excellent and the added bonus of the hi low power button ensures that the ... Read the complete review

Hetty/Henry Vacuum Cleaner: I have had loads of little cheap vacuum cleaners; you know the ones, about £30 from some cheap shop. They only last a few months before they start to seriously loose suction and they completely fail to pick up hair be it my hair or the cats! I decided to buy a decent hoover, really invest in something that ... Read the complete review

Henry v's Dog Hair After much debating about hoovers my partner returned home with this little hoover 3 months ago. Bought for £97.89 from Argos Came with free bags (cant remember how many...sorry!!) Henry is a really excellent vaccuum cleaner and we've been very pleased - the suction level is good with two different setting levels (something which I've found comes in particularly handy if you have different types of floor e.g. carpets and tiles). This is certainly the best vacuum cleaner that I have owned to date. My only slight complaint ... Read the complete review

My wife has been through the whole range of vacuum cleaners from Dyson to Hoover and back again. It was the Henry that stuck in our minds as we had one as a spare a few years ago, and after a little bit of research we decided we wanted a simple, powerful easy to clean vacuum cleaner with no whistles and bells and lo and behold we came ... Hello and welcome to this review. We needed a Vacuum badly:) Said mother! Apparently our old one was no good at getting up the hairs from two dogs..... Maybe if we emptied the bag it may have had a chance! But we had already decided on a Henry.. Well my brother did:) I must admit, I also Liked the look of this unit. Very Smiley and ... We inherited 'Henry' about 3 years ago, at the time we had a Dyson and assumed that he would take up position under the stairs gathering dust. However, 3 years later the Dyson is rendered useless and Henry is still going strong. We did a lot of house renovations during that time and Henry has been bashed about a lot but has never let us ... I was bought Red Henry as a house warming present by my auntie who has had one for years and thinks they are the best vacuum cleaners ever. She bought it from John Lewis for £109. When I first saw him I did think he was a bit on the big and cumbersome side I have always used an upright which tend to be slender. He is a bit more difficult to ... Read the complete review

I bought my henry second hand nearly six years ago, and the lady i bought him from had, also had him for quite some time yet he is showing no signs of old age!
