We have had our henry for 20 years...I kid you not! we are a busy household and i love cleaning up. Henry has never failed me, never had to have a spare part and still looks and works as well as the day we purchased him. henry has been dragged everywhere, up the stairs daily, round the house, out our cars, he does everything superbly. since having henry i thought there was better out there so i bought a dyson, however this didnt even last 18 months, rubbish...so back to old faithful henry! ive uased my henry for years now without a dust bag, emptying is easy and fast, no mess, i can almost reach to the top of my stairs from the bottom without henry moving off the ground floor. he is very robust and had swallowed toddlers toys, and other household items over the years without blockage or injury. hos wheels are sturdy and i can easily drag and pull him all over the house knowing he is so sturdy and will not break. i would highly reccomend henry to anyone, he is worth his weight in gold.
