Advantages: Great little hoover
Disadvantages: Confusing bag name!
He really does! He is the best Vacuum Cleaner we have had at home. Granted he had to go back to the shop once but he has been a loyal servant around my flat. The picture does not do my Henry justice as mine is a Red henry with a black hat on. He is a funky hoover as he has a little face on the front. He comes with all of the usual attachments such as a brush, a long thin nozzle, an upholstery end and a long extension pole. His bag is quite small and soon fills up but its easy to change. Simply unclip him either side of his head, lift his hat off and change the bag inside. Easy. He has great suction on the floor, carpets and settee and has no problems. The 1st one we got had a dodgy motor and We had it changed by Currys. The only problem is with his name. I went everywhere (currys included) and asked " Do you sell Henry bags?" They all said no. Try in town. I went to Dixons as a last resort and the guy behind the counter said " You mean Numatic bags?" I looked at him blankly and he explained Henry is made by Numatic so You have to ask for Numatic bags or people dont understand. He said he had the same problem before he found out as he had one too! So there you go. Even the people in the know use Henrys!!! Its a bargain at £110 too!
