No, I mean he stinks. He is really stinky. Note, Ihave the red one - not the blue one pictured here and he is horrible. I don't have that many carpets, as I like wood floors, but the ones that I do have I do like to be clean and I do have cats....and Henry just stinks. It doesn't go back and forth, has no sucking power and is generally just horrible. The attachments are fine and dandy - that is true. But more times than not, they fall off the end of the tube when you exert any pressure on them.

I wish that he was better, as I am in a rented flat and he was provided and I just don't have the cash for a new one....but he isn't. He makes such little commotion that my cats are not even afraid of him...

Okay - he's cute and my friends in the States think it's adorable that his name is Henry - but he really stinks as a vaccumm cleaner.

Hiya - are you using a bag with it or not? Although you can use them bagless, the filter gets really clogged if you do this. You may need to just wash out the filter bag and let it dry, then use it with a bag in future. Also check the hose isn't blocked....

He nrys really aren't normally like this; they wouldn't be the vacuum which most professional cleaners use if they were, would they?

The Henry that I had in my shared house last year wasn't too bad, once you emptied the bad and unclogged the hose! (man we were thick!!!!) I think the main selling point of the "Henry" is the face, not the fact it is a vacuum cleaner! But it is the coolest vacuum cleaner aroiund! :-)
