I have had this machine in excess of 8 years, it has cleaned up after cats, dogs, babies, muddy boots and general spills, I have never had a problem with it and would encourage anyone to buy it, its worth its weight in gold

I recently bought a house and as usual it had some really nasty looking carpets, dirty and greasy from years of neglect, accumulated dog hair and food spills. As the entire house had really bad carpets I negotiated £1300 off the asking price as I needed to buy new carpets. BONUS as I own a carpet cleaner! Just saved myself £1294.01 (I had to buy shampoo @ £4.99). I?ve used the cleaner on spills and fresh stains before and it worked very nicely but I?d never tried it on anything like this before and I was a little sceptical as to the final result but there was no need the carpets came up very clean indeed. Vacumed hall in preperation... Filled chunky hoover (yes it's heavy!), with fluid (now it's very heavy!!) and started on the near black carpet. WOW. 30 mins later, have a near new looking carpet. No cat smells! Happy wife! And the carpet is amazingly dry! I did a few ... Read the complete review

With four children,a cat and a long haired dog,i was getting pretty fed up with having to hire a carpet cleaner. I decided that over a year it would pay me to buy my own,in the past i had borrowed my sisters vax machine and didnt think it was that good. I ended up buying a Hoover brush and wash carpet cleaner,at a price of £199. It has five rotating brushes underneath that deep clean your carpet.I actually feel like my carpets are being scrubbed, not just having water squirted on them unlike some other shampooers. The carpet pile comes back up making carpets look like new again. There are two speed agitators one for normal carpet cleaning and the other for ...
