I recently bought a house and as usual it had some really nasty looking carpets, dirty and greasy from years of neglect, accumulated dog hair and food spills.

As the entire house had really bad carpets I negotiated £1300 off the asking price as I needed to buy new carpets. BONUS as I own a carpet cleaner! Just saved myself £1294.01 (I had to buy shampoo @ £4.99).

I?ve used the cleaner on spills and fresh stains before and it worked very nicely but I?d never tried it on anything like this before and I was a little sceptical as to the final result but there was no need the carpets came up very clean indeed.
The amount of dirt it picked up was amazing and frightening.
Needless to say the cleaning power is more than capable of attacking anything you could throw at it, but the capacity of the dirty water storage could do with being a bit bigger, I had to empty it twice in a room measuring 10feet by 20feet.

The tools supplied with the cleaner are very well designed and work perfectly, the stair attachment is light and has a built in pivot so when you have to twist the pipe it doesn't get tangled up also at 2.5 metres long it is long enough to reach to the top of a standard flight of stairs.
The 5 brushes under the main body of the cleaner are very effective and they don't damage your carpets even deep pile carpets like mine.

in the past I?ve had carpet cleaning companies come out to clean my carpets and in my opinion this cleaner does as good a job as any professional cleaner can do, also it's great for locating lost family members as they tend to come out of the woodwork to borrow it!

This is a very good buy for £200 you'll get your monies worth after doing your house once!
