I have the very similar DM4528 model. It is completely useless - DO NOT BUY IT.

Drive belt broken 9 times in 15 months, overheats if used more than 5 minutes at a time, customer service refuse to do anything unless I pay £68 for an Engineer to come out. Made from cheap plastic components that break.
