Filters clog too frequently and washing means a long drying time during which the cleaner is out of action. Lightweight plastic body is poorly balanced, it tips back too easily with all the attachments on board and also when extension hose is in use (eg cleaning stairs). The change-over from carpet to tool mode is awkward with a lot of bending. The motor seems to run very warm and then when it cuts out needs to cool for half an hour. This machine is not practical for extensive use around a house of any size, though it might do OK for a small flat.

Absolute rubbish, we were sold by the "pets" logo as we've had bother with cat and dog hair in the past. This is too powerfull for it's own good! The dust/hair clogs up on top of the collection container therefore it needs clearing out after every room. The turbo brush only works for the first minute or so after cleaning the filters as there's not enough airflow to operate it. An absolute nightmare, we hate using it!

I am extremely glad that I have bought this appliance, it does everything I need it to, and is quick and easy to move around for me this is particulary useful as my health is not great and to lug around a heavier one would tire me out to quickly. It is very easy to keep maintained as well, with no dirt bag to keep replacing, the filters have to be cleaned every so often but there are very good instructions on how to do this, and how often they must be done to keep the machine running smoothly, good for someone like me who often takes something apart and then can never get it back the way it is meant to be.
