With a redesigned but still lousy 2 way break dust box, Dust Manager should be renamed. Heavy to steer and uses dated design more than 10 years old the Hoover is only for consumers who prefer the Hoover name. Noisy and equally built with poor plastics, the DM4523 has low suction despite its loud 1900 watt fixed suction. Don’t be misled by Hoover’s air watts; they’re measured when the dust box is empty!
