Hoover The One

I got one to replace my Pure Power and what a mistake. The power was good, the functions were excellent but the reliability was very very poor. Cutting out, over heating, bits falling off. This wasnt what i expeced of hoover. Anyone who knows Hoover's may say blockage or filters were causing the problems but as an ex Hoover employee i stripped the entire thing down trying to find the fault and couldnt see anything! The bin is also a bit messy to empty compared to the Pure Power but the one board tool are really good, the flex hose is very impressive. Upon first use, we were very pleased with "The One", which is an excellent cleaner. However the accessories are poorly positioned and keep falling off. Then the head ratchet, which keeps the handle upright broke, and interfered with the carpet/floor button. During use, bits of the casing regularly fall off. Then the handle, which is a very poor design, snapped. Hoover were quick to send a free replacement to be fair. Finally, both wheels have fallen off, and all this in under 2 years.
