Hoover DM5530 Dust Manager ... started to go wrong quickly. If you re cleaning the whole house, you ll need to empty the dust bin at least twice a day - its capacity is very small. The fliters clog very easily, so you loose suction quickly, and it is not a speedy task to clean them. The turbo brush housing is weak and cracked within a week of use, and the belt snapped within the first month. The retailer didn t want to know, Hoover replaced the belt. The kickdown then broke, and has never been the same - the head of the machine now always pops down. One of the wheels snapped and fell off - had to send off and pay for a replacement part. Hoover T2505 ... me and my partner got together over 2 years ago I had a Vax bagless upright vacuum and my partner had this the Hoover T2505. This soon replaced mine even though mine was only a few months old and this one was already over a year old. The Hoover T2505 is a small compact vacuum that is quite light weight and easy to maneuver because of this it is great to use on the staircase. It has many attachments so can be used on all types of carpets and floors and reach even the hardest to reach places. It also has a 7 meter cord that gives you plenty of maneuverability when using it and it allows you to do a full staircase without having to unplug half way up. I have found it ... Hoover U3525 ... items in and shaking them down the hose and out the other end I removed the blockages. A copious amount of cat and pet hairs! Again I used it and it worked beautifully. The next time it was pulled out I had the same problem! Spent time unblocking again and took back to the shop afterwards. I explained what was happening each use and complained about the design. It was not going to clean without pet hairs clogging up the tube each time and so it was pointless! They agreed to do a part exchange and I went for a DYSON!! I love my Dyson!
