Hoover DM4460 ... ve had this hoover now for about ten months and as hoover s go - it s about average. My mum offered to buy me a new one last Christmas, as my old one was well old! I spent ages looking online and through catalogs trying to decide which hoover to get and in the end I picked this one mainly because of the colour. Which looking back on it now was probably not the best way to pick a hoover! I also liked this one because it stated that it was lightweight! This is one aspect of the spec which is true - its not that heavy and I can easily get it up and down the stairs even with a bad back. Hoover U3470 ... Purepower vacuum cleaner I bought one of these vacuums thinking that I had got a bargain.....I was very wrong. After the first couple of uses the suction was not half as good. The black bumper that goes around the bottom of the machine marked the skirting boards easily giving me another job of having to get rid of the marks which was easier said than done. The size of the machine made is easy to use as it is lightweight for carrying up the stairs and the front is not too wide for getting down the side of furniture.
