There are two pole handles so you can have it long or short depending on the job you are going to do. There are two bristle heads - a longer one for floors and a smaller one for small areas like worktops. Both of these have an elasticated microfibre cleaning cloth that goes over them if needed. The cloth is washed at 60 and comes out nice and white again, although mine is greying slightly now, it hasn't affected the cleaning.

Having borrowed my mother in law's steam cleaner too often I decided I'd better invest in my own. After doing some research into steam cleaners I decided I'd go with the most well known make of Karcher. Also because we have a pressure washer by them and it's been excellent in the past so I thought their steam cleaner would be as high quality. And I was right. This is an excellent cleaner. You fill it with just over a litre of water and it takes about 10 minutes to heat it to operating temperature. They included a set of anti-limescale sticks with it to extend the life of the machine.
