We purchase one of these devices on the basis that the power head would be light to push around than a standard upright cleaner. We have had the unit a bit over two years. We have replaced the telescopic down tub once, it failed at the connection to the hose after 13 months. We purchased a new one. This has failed again since. Also the Plastic housing that connection the down tub to the powered sweeper head has broken and the electrical connectors has also failed.
