I did a lot of research before buying this vacuum cleaner. Like many I read the Which guide which rated this make and model very highly and found the only draw back was the length of the power cable being not quite as long as others (I've never found this to be a problem). I also searched around a lot on the internet and the best price I could get was £119. I'm really pleased I put the time in as its a great vacuum cleaner, it fits in a small cupboard and is ingeniously designed to break down into smaller parts with the long tubes and attachments all reducing in size and clipping into each other for storage. This Miele the first vacuum cleaner I've chosen and bought myself and I've been suprisingly impressed by it! I purchased it after reading a review in Which and I would really recommend it. I've had it for over a year now and it performs very well, including on pet hair. We live in a small house with not much storage space and lots of stairs and it's compact enough to fit in one of our kitchen cupboards and is light and small enough to be manageable on the stairs. And though I don't think it's really important, it does look quite nice as well.
