I bought this machine today after having a disastrous experience with a Sanyo machine and I can honestly say I made the right decision. Firstly (though not very important!) I like the colour of this machine - a pale green. I also like the fact that it is very light, which is important when you have to lug it upstairs. The machine is very quiet when in use - there are variable power controls - a low speed for curtains, another speed for upholstery, one more for hard floors and another one for carpets.
