Advantages: picks up dog hair really well

Disadvantages: it doesnt do the hoovering for me

Now I have to say first i Have 2 very hairy dogs a builder for a huband nd a 19 month old child so vacum cleaners get a real hard time in this house. Most usually last me 6-9 months and they just stop picking up the hair but this one has been sucking for 12 months and no signs (touch wood ) of it giving up the ghost. The turbo tools heads are fantastic for pulling the dog hairs out of carpets and the smaller of the two turbo heads is idea for the stairs. I have some carpet, some laminate and some tile and some natural slate floors in the house and find it good on all surfaces, but to get good results you need toswap heads. The filters are still going from original and i love the fact that you can clean the filter by turning it in its casing and it is easy and clean to empty with the drop out bottom. Its light and easy to store.

Summary: Its lasted longer in this house than most

Good info here. Some more details would be good here such as general weight since it is a cylinder/pull along model.

Also is it noisy and how much did it cost you originally? Some more info about the smaller cleaning tools you get with it would be good here, particularly on the quality and overall design. What's the capacity of the bin for example? Do you find that you have to constantly empty the bin or does it have a large capacity?
