I've owned my pod for over 3 years now and it's still going strong. I like the nice colour and the fact that it fits neatly under the stairs, in what is quite a small cupboard! The hosy bit is always a bit annoying and unwieldy, but then again, that's the nature of these cleaners. I like the way the cleaner comes apart in easy bits, and the filters are washable (you get 2, too, so you're never without while one's in the wash). You do have to dismantle and 'de-clog' regularly to keep the suction good, but ergonomically, it's very good so it's not like it's an episode of Crystal Maze to put back together again!
