Morphy Richards 71060 ... hose started to tare slightly in one of the ridges as the main hose is not very flexible and as you have to keep pulling on it to get the vacuum to move with you and a hole started to appear. Luckily it was near the end of the hose and my dad managed to cut that bit off and replace the end cap thing, but a few weeks later we got another small hole and then we just gave up. We tried contacting Morphy Richards and it took them ages to reply and all they told us was to take it up with the store where we bought it. So then we did just give up and took it back. We may have just been unlucky with this vacuum but sorry i cannot recommend it overall as we had too much troubl... Morphy Richards 71060 ... I have to say first i Have 2 very hairy dogs a builder for a huband nd a 19 month old child so vacum cleaners get a real hard time in this house. Most usually last me 6-9 months and they just stop picking up the hair but this one has been sucking for 12 months and no signs (touch wood ) of it giving up the ghost. The turbo tools heads are fantastic for pulling the dog hairs out of carpets and the smaller of the two turbo heads is idea for the stairs. I have some carpet, some laminate and some tile and some natural slate floors in the house and find it good on all surfaces, but to get good results you need toswap heads. Morphy Richards 71060 ... purchased the Morphy Richards 71060 bagless cylinder vacuum about 4 months ago. I bought the vacuum online from the Morphy Richard website for £50. Advantages: I really like the features that come with this model. There is an automatic plug re-tractor, which I absolutely love, I hate having to fiddle with the plug and wrap it around and around. There is also a little tool drawer hidden in the bottom of the vacuum which contains 3 separate attachments that are perfect for getting into those tight spaces like between couch cushions and under the fridge.
