Advantages: Lightweight, easy to use, reasonably quiet
Disadvantages: Difficult to store away neatly
We've had our Henry for a year now and it knocks spots off the numerous bagless vacuum cleaners we have had and quickly broken over the years.
Henry is light enough for me to carry up and down the stairs without any trouble, has good suction, switches easily between carpet and wood floor modes and pulls easily along the floor as I move around the house. The power cable is easily wound back in and it is the quietest cleaner we have owned, even our cat isn't scared of it and our baby doesn't bat an eye when it is switched on. Plus of course there is Henry's cheerful smily fce to make a tedious job a little more bearable!
The only down side is that once stored away it is quite untidy - some sort of anchor to attach the sweeper to the body of the vaccum would be handy to save having to keep propping it up when it falls down yet again.
All in all, a nifty little cleaner.
Summary: The best vacuum cleaner I have come across
