I live in a student house and this little Henry is really robust (ie when it bashes into the wall it doesn't make a difference; not even a scratch)! Although there are four wheels in the corners it moves really easily and quickly in any direction and is really easy mhen you clean because you don't feel the weight of it at all and you can move really easily. The nozzle attatchment comes appart easily to store and there is no loss of suction because of this. Also the nozzle attatchment moves easier than you would think just by looking which makes cleaning corners easy and going over carpet is just as easy as a laminate floor. And it doesn't damage wooden floors. The bag has lasted about 6 months already and hasn't needed changing, also it isn't too loud (it doesn't wake up the people upstairs)! In addition to all of this he is smiling which just generally makes hoovering a much more enjoyable chore than it would be with a boring hoover!

Summary: easy to use - alot easier than it looks and suitable for private use
