I have used the Numatic Henry vacuum cleaner on various ocassions and it is a tough little thing. I like the simplicity of it and the fact they have hardly changed for years - keep it simple was their company motto I guess.

The handle makes it easy to carry although it's not the lightest cleaner around. The capacity is impressive along with the ability to suck up some really nasty rubble etc when not using a bag. You can buy the usual dustbags which are cheap enough although disposing off is easy with just 2 clips it is messier than in bagless cleaners. You can even buy a resusable bag with a zip to empty the dust.

The suction is very good and the cord storage is nice and effective using a reel system in the top to wind in the cable providing a neat little storage for it. You get the usual metal telescopic handle and a simple brush head for hard and carpeted floors. I had to buy the crevice and stair tools for the henry I inherited and cleaners I know swear by them which can't be a bad thing.
