We bought Hetty because my younger sister really is into pink otherwise it could easily have been Henry. It looks great for those who are a child at heart. It is lightweight in comparison to many hoovers that we have had to buy over the years. It is easy to carry up the stairs and there is no repair or hassle when the automatic wire winder breaks down because it has a simple and easy to use manual winder (the old fashioned way). It has a lower noise level than many hoovers and picks up dirt easily both in its normal and high power levels. The only setback is that the brush can be easily pulled backwards but is near to impossible trying to do the forward motion. So if you can hoover in backward moves and need to be able to carry up stairs then this is a value for money purchase. Bags are a reasonable price and very easy to change.
