This is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned.
It is so easy to use and has a long cable which means I can hover the whole downstairs of my house all my stairs and top landing without having to unplug it. It is also not heavy which is good when carrying up and down stairs.

It works equally well on my laminate flooring and on my carpeted surfaces and it has no trouble picking up the my long hair and the dogs short hair. It cleans up crumbs with ease which is essential when you live in a house with a young child.
I have the green version which means that it uses less electricity but if you need to you can press the red button to give some extra suction power. It comes with a selection of tools which are all easy to detached and detach and are ideal when you want to hoover in small places or use to dust picture rails. I also received a bag for life which was pink and had hetties face on it which has been ideal for storing the tools which can with her and spare bags.
It is really easy to change a bag you simply remove her top and lift out the old bag and insert the new. Although you are not meant to you it is possible to empty the contents of a full bag into the bin and reinsert it to be used again which is very handy when you realise you have forgotten to buy new bags.
It has also become like a fourth member of the family and my daughter talks to it while I hover and she is fondly referred to as my second daughter.
Would I recommend it yes. Why it was recommended to me by my mum mother in law and granddad who all own the Henry version ( the red one) and it has not let me down
