I am writing to give my opinion on the Panasonic 1500 Upright hoover. I had been using various hoovers over the years and never felt that they really cleaned the carpets as good as they should, so I decided to fork out afew quid on a decent hoover. I had read all the bumph about how good the Dyson machines were and was quite willing to spend about £2-300 on a decent one. Until one day I was in a Comet branch and picked up a consumer magazine rating various hoovers including Dyson etc and the best rated one was the Panasonic1500 priced at £200 compared to the Dyson which were considerably dearer.
