Panasonic MC 593 Icon

As far as vacuum cleaners go, the Panasonic MCE593 looks good both on paper and in the show room: variable dust sensor, HEPA filter, bagless system, 1600 watts, I really thought I had bought the right one. Sadly looks can be deceiving and after just 4 weeks of usage the vacuum cleaner wouldn't suck properly and the pre-filter wiper brushes stopped rotating. The power cord retractor also failed to retract properly. I returned the machine to Comet who kept it for a further 4 weeks before returning it, partially repaired.
