Having previously tried a dyson upright, we were pursuaded to purchase this Panasonic bagless upright as a replacement. It is probably the most troublesome vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. A circlip came off the wheel axle within the first month of owning the cleaner, & the cleaner was reluctantly replaced by the high street store due to being one day past the date at which the store is responsible. After 30 days, Panasonic themselves are responsible & you have to return the product to them or their service centre, it seems!
