Within one week of purchase all the tools fell off and continued to fall off to the extent that thay all "lost" somewhere in the house , the main filter cover took a slight knock and the lug broke ~ now taped. Dust blocks the connection pipe just above the brushes, I keep my old vaccum cleaner around to unblock the hose!! When it works it's very effective but it is not at all well thought out and is flimsy in construction. I have a love hate relationship with it ... Read the complete review

This is a very stylish unit and looks good in any modern home. It is quite easy to use, switch on and go. The automatic sensor is really good and little delay. Excellent suction and very little blown about when vacuuming dusty areas. Problems 1. Bottom heavy so hard to negotiate small steps 2. When locked in upright for tool use it is too easy to unlock by mistake if lightly knocked 3. Has a very small actual capacity compared to other makes about this range even though it states 2 Litre!. 4.
