I have owned one of these hovers now for about two years. It was a replacement for another Panasonic hover that I owned previously. The hover is supposed to have a special feature that allows it to lie flat in a cupboard by the handle rotating downwards. It also has a long hose as well as a bagless cyclone action suction system.

In the time I have had this cleaner I have had many problems. It cleaned well initially but after several weeks it started to make lots of noise despite it not being blocked. It looses suction quite often, especially when using the main brushes when hoovering in the traditional way. It frequently blocks and is a real pain to unblock as it does no dismantle easily or in a logical fashion. The extension on the hose is useful but does not make up for all of the negative points that are associated with it.

Summary: A poor quality, unreliable device
