Seems good value at first.Hose difficult to use. No brush stopper.Suction is just so so( not as good as my old Dyson)EXHAUST FILTER COMPARTMENT with filter kept blwing out ( possibly caused by built up of pressure.)The little HEPA filter costs nearly £ 30 ,nearly half the original cost of the whole vacum cleaner!!!!
