      Does a great job

This was my first steam mop, I was keen to also have one which would convert to a hand held.
Set up was very easy, I was steaming the kitchen floor within about 10 minutes of getting the product out of the box. Removing the head is easy, although you do have to wait for it to cool down for a few minutes. I have to look at the instruction booklet sometimes though to work out how some of the attachments go on.
For steaming floors, it does a great job. It makes a sort of ticking noise while it heats up - don't worry this is normal - and is ready to use after about 15 seconds! Also I usually leave it for another few seconds to be sure. The supplied mop head fits well, although you do need to make sure all the corners are on and it is tightly tied or it can come off as you are pushing the mop across the foor.
As for the attachments, I have only used the jet nozzle and the glider. The jet nozzle did a great job on the bathroom taps, the glider was OK on the shower cubicle - I think I'd need to use it every week for it to do a better job. The handheld bit is a bit heavy but mostly easy to move around.
Great mop, feels sturdy in use, and also when removing the parts.
