Advantages: Phenomenal cleaning machine, water keeps dirt, pollen, dust trapped

Disadvantages: Very expensive, Very cumbersome, difficult to maneuver, Requires too much storage space

This is the ultimate cleaning machine, bar none. However, it is extremely expensive, $1600.00 and very cumbersome. Uses water which traps all dirt therefore it you don't have to vaccum or dust as frequently.

Recommended for young people with large homes and a spare, but small, vacuum cleaner room for storage. I, however have a cottage style home with small rooms and this vacuum requires a room of its own for storage, or at least a closet to itself. It is too cumbersome for me to use, so my adult son vacuums my house with it weekly as I cannot manage it. I have two floors, and cannot take it upstairs by myself. It lives in my guest room in a corner with a HUGE box full of attachments I don't know how to use because once I wrote the check out for it I never heard from Rainbo again and the salesperson promised to come back to assist me with its usuage.

I am now looking for a bagless, upright (lives in a closet corner when not in use), lightweight vacuum that I can use therefore freeing my children to enjoy their time visiting me, not worrying about their mother and her "ultimate cleaning machine".

The Rainbo will only come out when my children wish to borrow it for their bi-annual, thorough cleanings.
