Advantages: NONE

Disadvantages: hassle, ignorance , costs to much for the quality, works as well as any other vaccum that costs $100

I bought a Rainbo Vac a couple of months ago. Nothing about this vaccum is worth the hassle I have gone through. The company expects payments before bills are sent out. The customer representatives are rude and ignorant. They do not care about the cusomters satisfaction or happiness. I have never been more dissapointed in a product then this one. To use the vaccum itself becomes a hassle and is not worth the time. I vaccum that costs a fraction of the Rainbo is just as good and is not as hard to get ready to vaccum. Then they gave us a freshner to put in the water and release in the air. When the freshner got into the air it almost killed our cat from the chemicals. That just shows they can be harmful. They say they are not but please dont be fooled.

It seems to me the person who sold the Rainbow to you was poorly trained. It does take a bit of getting used to but if properly instructed the Rainbow is very easy to use. As for storage, Rainbow sells a storage rack that makes if very easy to store. I dont care how hard it is to use at least it works. Why is it that so many people still use bag type sweeper or any vacuum that does not use water is beyond me. Would you mow your lawn with a lawnmower with out any blades? It about the same thing.

Hiya and welcome to dooyoo ;)

Sorry you've had such a bad experience with this company. They sound like one to avoid!

Sorry for the low rating, but you do need to include quite a bit more info to get ther higher ratings and more reads. Try and have a look around the site to see the level of detail people expect. If you need any help feel free to contact me via my profile page.

Hope you have fun here ;)
