If you want to really hate vacuuming, get one of these. The drum bit rotates and can come open when carrying it, and the main tube just isn't fit for purpose - it continually falls off in your hand, often onto your toes just to really rile you. Don't get me started on the suction, please avoid, you owe it to yourselves!

Absolute garbage and I suspect these have been taken off market. I bought one and it caught fire. Contacted Russell Hobbs and lo and behold it was my fault I hadn't changed the filter, but as a token of goodwill replaced it. Just found out my wife won't use it as it appears to have a similar fault and smells of burning when switched on, unfortunately I got the replacement some months ago and this one is going in the skip.

Awful vacuum cleaner. First time I used it, it was fine (I've only had it six months). Now, despite emptying it after every use, changing the filter, and checking the tubes are not blocked, it has hardly any suction. My old Electrolux 1300 watt was tons better.
