Advantages: well priced, good workhorse, nice styling

Disadvantages: difficult to get bags where I live

I have had this vacuum for well over year now and although we are a family of four with two VERY messy kids, this vacuum is as good today as the day I bought it. It vacuums up every speck of dust, paper, crud, general bits and bobs and the casing is so sturdy and well made, there isn't a scratch or chip on it (even though daughter number 1 likes to sit it straddled and play cars!).

The only gripe I have is that where I live, it is a little difficult to get replacement bags for Sanyo vacs. Don't ask me why, I didn't think Sanyo vacs were particularly rare, however I usually have to get them ordered in from the vac bag shop. Oh well you can't have everything can you?

Anyway, I would definitely recommend this vacuum, it was reasonably priced and I call it my old faithful (as in the past we have tended to wear vacuums out in about ten months).
