In a nutshell:  Clocks up at least once every month (if one uses it on regular basis).  Suction-power is very low for 1500W input-power and becomes lower during use.  Needs to be emptied already when the dirt-container is only half as full as the maximum-mark suggests.  Extremely loud.  Badly and cheaply designed. I bought this machine yesterday and took it back today! I hated it - it was extremely heavy and VERY noisy. I have had a Henry cleaner for the last 5 years, which was extremely good but needed replacing. I saw this machine, read all the blurb about it and decided it was for me. After unpacking the machine from the box, I put it altogether. I started by cleaning my lounge carpet and was disappointed to note that it didn't pick up the loose bits of cotton that were on the floor.
