Sebo K1 Komfort ... and the other, a turbo head for carpet. Both heads work well and are jointed for manoeuvrability around furniture. The dust filtration is excellent. It is vast improvement on the series of noisy, smelly and unreliable Dyson s that I have owned before. The thing just works and is a great cleaner. However, I would not recommend buying one of these because the customer service stinks - both Sebo s and John Lewis . I noticed a couple of days after buying it that the back panel wouldn t close properly. On closer inspection, I could see that a small plastic tab was missing or had sheared off the panel. Sebo 9684GB ... some time now I ve been looking for a compromise between an upright vacuum and a cylinder vacuum and to be honest I thought I found it in the Sebo Felix, an unusual small upright vacuum in design but has the capability of being used with standard cylinder vacuum cleaner floor heads which means swiveling necks and getting under low furniture with no problems; something Dyson s Ball uprights fail to do. But oh how I miss having an auto cord rewind! It s okay if you have time in the day to unravel a 10 metre cord but in my busy life I need something that isn t going to take ages to unravel let alone wind if up at the end of each cleaning session. Sebo X4 Extra ... is a truly quality vacuum cleaner. Set up took five minutes, and the instructions to do this were clear and simple. The vacuum is extremely well made - it is solid and stable. The cord is nice and long for getting around a considerable floor space, and the Extra comes with an extra length of hose that can be easily attached for use on stairs. The accessory tube is really good, it takes one click out of the machine and you re away, so all those hard to reach places are very easy to deal with. The machine itself automatically adjusts to the optimal height for vacuuming, so hard floors or deep pile carpets are all cleaned immaculately. Suction is excellent and carpets l...
