At the time of purchase I was thinking cheap, so when I saw this bagless cheapo I thought why not, turns out it was a good choice a real bargain.
This vacuum cleaner is only 1600 watt so it is at the bottom of the power range, when new this was a good amount of power and I was able to whip over my floors in no time, after about 3 to 4 weeks I was dragging the hoover over the same area twice to get all the visable dirt up.

At this point I thought I had made a bad buy. I emptied the dust compartment then took the lid of, this is easy to do a quick twist and its off, once off you have access to the filter again a simple twist and its off, to clean the filter there is a brush tool suplied, put the hard end into the grooves and scrape out the dust, then use the brush end to get the rest finaly rinse under a running tap, do this until water runs clean, the filter is hard plastic so does not need replacing, once clean and properly dry stick back to gether and feel that suction back to what it was when new.

The look and build are both cheap and feels like its not very strong but looks can be deceiving, my vacuum get mistreated alot and has been knocked over countless times and yet nothing has broken off, The handle is foldable this is a good space saver as it can be reduced to half the size, 5 height settings, and a hose with Four attatchments one small rectangle with brushes for hard surfaces, a long pointed one and two extension pipes these are quite loose fitting and fall of easily, for storage the pipes fit inside each other and there is a place to fit the on the back of the vacuum again they fall of too easy, the other two have similair fittings at the back but they hold a better fit. The hose can be unclipped at the vacuum end giving greater access incase of blockages, this is done by squeezing two small levers, only a little pressure is needed also fits back on with ease.

The other thing not so good about this vacuum is that the outside gets quite dusty it is easy to wipe clean however.
