Dyson DC15 ... had one of these for the last three years and its only just starting to show signs of wear and tear. I can honestly say it is certainly one of the best hoovers I have ever had. It moves on the carpet fairly easily and it doesnt take much work either. Ive had 2 years warranty for it but never needed to use it as the product is so good. I have never had a problem with this hoover and it picks up almost everything it can also reach in some quite awkward corners which is good for me as it means i dont have to work so hard. I can understand some people say that this is an expensive appliance compared to others but to be honest it is well worth it and there are no running... Dyson DC04 ... have a very busy household with children and pets so have been through a few vacumes but have now stuck with dyson it is the best i have ever used has no problems with pet hair and crushed up biscuits . it also comes with a long hose and attachments for stairs and hard to reach corners the hose when stretched out is aprox 17 feet long so more than enough to vac a flight of stairs with ease . the vacume is very easy to empty just press a button to remove the canister on the front and pull up a pull and every thing is emptied out of the bottom then just slot back on to the vac easy !! with the canister been clear you can easily tell when it needs to be emptied the dust ... Dyson DC03 ... think the suction power of Dyson vacuum cleaners has rather gone down in history, certainly everyone else now seems to be copying their design, so there must be something in it! After living in a static caravan on a beach for two summers I can say that the DC03 is great. It sucks up the inevitable sand, and copes fine with the lino and carpet. Animal and human hair is not a problem too, although long hair as with all beater bars does get tangled up, so you have to attack it with some scisors! If you do suffer a break down at all then parts are easy to come by, and these machines are easy to repair too. Make sure you clean the filters as instructed and you won t have ...
