Dyson DC03:
... think the suction power of Dyson vacuum cleaners has rather gone down in history, certainly everyone else now seems to be copying their design, so there must be something in it! After living in a static caravan on a beach for two summers I can say that the DC03 is great. It sucks up the inevitable sand, and copes fine with the lino and carpet. Animal and human hair is not a problem too, although long hair as with ... Read the full review: Lengendary Dyson suction by sax_man_al |

Vax VEU-02 ... picked this hoover up from Argos about 18 months ago, in the sale at 50% reduced. The big problem with this Hoover is the tiny collection pot, of only 2.0 L. This needs emptying every other time I Hoover the house, and it is not the biggest of houses. Also it is quite a process to empty the pot, as you need to remove the whole pot, and then take the lid off, find somewhere to put it, while you remove the filter, and again find somewhere suitable to place it, before emptying out the contents. Having said that, I do think that one of the reasons it needs emptying so often is that it does pick up the dust, crumbs, hairs etc. extremely well. The electrical lead is only 6m l... Bissell Perfect Sweep ... have a plain cream carpet and I am forever going round picking up black bits of fluff from my husband s socks. As much as they re washed, the carpet still attracts the fluff and it drives me insane! My black socks don t leave black fluff everywhere but every pair of his do! And no matter how many times I went over them with the vacuum cleaner they would not budge. People always say don t get a cream carpet if you have a dog but nobody ever told me not to get a cream carpet if you have a husband! When visiting my grandparents one day they had bought a Bissell Perfect Sweep carpet sweeper and my grandma was raving about it. It just reminded me of a really old fashi... Electrolux Velocity Z3042AZ ... a great hoover! When it comes to buying a new appliance for the home I m always a bit nervous as there are so many different makes to choose from, I don t want to make a mistake. I seem to get through hoovers like there is no tomorrow . In the past I have had a variety of sorts , cylinders to yank about all over the place, but must admit I do prefer the upright as they are easy to store. This particular hoover caught my eye, it is neat, clean looking( not some gaudy purple or yellow), and very inexpensive. I m believer in that you get what you pay for, so was a bit concerned as it seemed cheap. When I got it home I quickly unpacked it and found it fitted togethe...
