... was bought as a present. Before this we had gone through several vacuum cleaners that seemed to die long before their due date - including a hoover and a morphy richards. Dyson DC14 ... bought my Dyson in the sales earlier in the year. Before that i had one bought from a car boot for £5 so anything was an improvement! I have two Long haired cats who seem to shed fur everywhere, everyday, I also have three flights of stairs in my house that are all carpet. This Cleaner is light enough to cart up and down the stairs-although it is a bit bulky-and its easy to hoover the stairs with this as the hose reaches to the top of the staircase. My carpet looked a totally different colour when i had finished using it the first time around. Dyson DC04 ... have owned my Dyson DC04 for nearly five years now and can safely say I doubt I will ever buy another brand now. The Dyson vacuum cleaner works using different technology - dual cyclone to be precise - which increases suction and is therefore a more efficient cleaner. Over the years I have owned several brands of vacuum cleaner and each and every one has disappointed me. In fact it was this disappointment that finally made me decide to spend the money and buy a Dyson as I was tired of being let down by other brands. Dyson DC14 Animal ... seeing my parents Dyson Animal vacuum cleaner we decided to get one as we were really impressed with it and my parents had recommended it to us. This machine is ideal for pet owners (and non pet owners!) and keeps your carpets spotless. It is really well designed and the suction power is very good and consistent as the advert says! This version of the Dyson comes with a seperate attachment that has an inbuilt rotary brush sweeper and this is what is intended for cleaning animal hairs out of your carpets.
