When moving into a rented property which had cream carpets I panicked slightly so invested in this product when it came out. I have 2 cats and a boxer puppy so I needed any assistance in keeping these carpets clean. There are a variety of cleaning fluids you can buy to use in it, a general spring clean freshness and tougher pet cleaning solutions. There is also a concentrated pet stain spray that you can pre treat areas with. The cleaner itself is heavy but makes you feel like its really working on the carpet because of this!
