I have this particular vacuum and it was fantastic to use before I become ill. I have recently been diagnosed with arthritis and find the vacuum really hard to use I have found that the peddle you press with your foot to make it not upright and I have found that its impossible for me to now press it down. It is too heavy and so I can no longer use this vacuum which is not very good at all. They need to be more practical for people with arthritis. Although I have to say that the product before it was excellent for my pet hair it seemed to completely pick things up. We purchased the vacuum for £59.99 which I though was a very good price for the product which is less than six months old. Overall it is an excellent hover practically but not good for people with arthritis as it is almost impossible to use and extremely frustrating.
