Vax VZL-6017 Mach 7 ... Not too sure why it is there, but it looks quite funky! It says on the front that it uses wind tunnel technology, and the brushes certainly spin round quickly. I was very surprised at how well the machine picks up, considering it is only a 1500 watt. It is definitely better than my Electrolux which was a 1600 and my Dyson which gave up the ghost years ago. I also got a 6 year guarentee with the Vax which is a year longer than Dyson are offering at the moment, you have to register your purchase within a month for it to be valid. The Mach 7 comes with a plethera of tools all of which are very good and it doesn t lose suction at all when they are used. You get a brilliant... Vax V026 ... bought my Vax Rapide V-027 for £99 - which was on offer as it is normally around £149. I had used a friends Vax and loved it and decided to buy one myself as I have 3 children and my carpet gets grubby easily. As the Vax comes boxed you first need to assemble it which I think was relatively easy. The tank on the front to hold the water is 3.5L and you fill it up with warm tap water and recommended Vax AAA solution which you can pick up from Argos or even supermarkets I think the cheapest place is Wilkinsons. Vax VZL-6013 Mach 3 ... is an excellent, that isn t too overly priced, you can buy one of these for around £85.00. It is 1300 Watts, 150 air watts, has a 2.5 litre dust capacity, HEPA Lifetime washable filtration, carpet height adjuster, telescopic handle, on board tool storage which includes a stretch hose, hurbo tool, hard floor tool, crevice tool, dusting brush and fingertip control and the cable is 7.2 metres in length. I have always had Dysons in the past, but I think this hoover works just as well as a Dyson if not better.
