Vax Appliances Rapide XL V-027 ... have recently bought the Vax rapide carpet cleaner. I got it from Amazon for 150.00. I believe it is available for less than this, however I had some amazon vouchers, so got it from there. I have cleaned every carpet in the house, and didn t realise how dirty they were! In the box it comes in several parts, however assembly is easy and pretty self explanatory, however the instructions which come with it are extremely good. Once assembled, it is easy to use. It has a separate tank for the soap solution and the water, and the soap can stay in the machine if not all used. Vax Luna 1300 ... is a beautifully compact hover. Don t let its size fool you it is a powerful little machine and picks up a lot of dirt. The Vax has a handle and this coupled with its small size means that it is very portable. This is especially helpful if you do your vacuuming all at once like so many of us (rather than doing a little every day/week). You won t put your back out hauling the vacuum all over the house. It has a nifty little feature, it is a pull back cord feature so basically you press a button and the chord is pulled back right into the vacuum. VAX Appliances V-044 ... little Vax Quicklite V-046 is one of those vacuums I genuinely ignore when it comes to sealing the dust in since it is a bagless cyclonic upright vacuum and emptying is always messy without a bag. Small, lightweight and extremely capable it has been a dependable mini-upright vacuum for usage in our large office/study and has continued to be reliable without much need to replace anything other than the belt or filter. It always lacked a hose however, something that Vax acknowledged even though they didn t import the U.S Dirt Devil version with a hose on the back.
